Project Development and investment Manager

As a Project Development Manager will play a key role in securing contracts and supporting development activities. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the expansion of onshore wind projects in the region.,

• Manage project development agreements, including development activities, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement
• Support business development, assisting the regional head in identifying new opportunities and originating development and investment prospects
• Oversee due diligence, managing internal and third-party assessments while conducting technical and financial evaluations.
• Engage with internal stakeholders, preparing high-level presentations and documentation for executive approvals.

• 3 + years of Proven experience in the UK energy sector, with a strong background in wind or renewable project development.
• Degree in Business or Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or Business Management
• Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
• Experience in procuring development service agreements, consultant agreements, and construction contracts (EPC/BOP) or prior experience working for a wind or PV original equipment manufacturer (OEM) is a plus.
• Desirable experience in offtake origination, sourcing, structuring, execution, and negotiation of commercial agreements essential for project financing.y, Self-motivated, energetic, and ambitious, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, analytical, organisational, and financial modelling skills, with both quantitative and qualitative expertise.
• Excellent business acumen, leadership, and influencing skills, with the ability to think both critically and strategically.
• Highly professional and capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
