Entry level events assistant role where you will be responsibly to arranging 4 x events for the agency per year.

This could be a spring celebration, summer or Christmas party and a supplier party.

As their Project Executive for events you will be responsibly for the staffs welfare by creating fun and engaging events to keep everyone upbeat and mixing in a positive way.

We're seeking an entry level Project Executive - Internal Events to join and work in London.

As part of the Project Executive - Internal Events role, you'll be the driving force behind our internal events, ensuring each one is executed smoothly, on budget, and aligns with our company values. From team-building activities and training days to company-wide celebrations and wellness programs, you'll manage the logistics, coordinate with stakeholders, and help create unforgettable experiences that enhance our workplace culture

Your job role and responsibilities

· Project Management: Plan, organize, and execute a range of approximately 4 internal events, from initial concept through to post-event wrap up. This ranges from internal seasonal celebrations (Easter, Summer, Christmas) to supplier parties, to off site company workshops.

· Budgeting: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and transparently.

· Vendor Coordination: Research, liaise with, and manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and venues as needed.

· Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including HR and Leadership, to ensure events align with company goals.

· Logistics & Operations: Oversee all event logistics, including timelines, registrations, set-up and break-down, and any health and safety considerations.

· Teamwork: Aiding the client project team on administration and logistical tasks, such as budgeting, resourcing, sourcing of vendors. This could include international travel.

· Internal Resource Management: Responsible for weekly office catering and meeting room set up

· Promotion & Engagement: Create compelling internal communication materials to promote events and encourage participation across departments.

· Sustainability Focus: Working with our sustainability champion to ensure teams and suppliers are working with sustainable materials in efforts to hit our yearly targets.

· You will report directly to the Head of Project Management ensuring that they are kept fully informed of progress in each project

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Demonstrates a strong track record of delivering multiple projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard

· Some experience with liaising with multiple suppliers/vendors (venues, caterers, AV, content) to ensure seamless communication and planning

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills

· A proactive, can-do mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt on the job

· Some Experience working with budgets

· Willingness and ability to travel

· Fluency in spoken and written English and have the right to work in the UK

· Familiarity with event planning tools and software is a plus.

· £25,000.00

· Flexible working hours, 7 hours a day with core hours from 10am-4pm.

· 26 days annual leave + Bank holidays.

· An additional day of holiday for every year worked (capped to 30 days).
