- Track project progress and financial data
- Prepare and analyse reports for stakeholders
- Assist with resource management and tender preparation
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and audit-ready
- Conduct supplier compliance checks and maintain approved lists
- Support security checks, contractor coordination, and access management (regional travel required)
- Organise and minute meetings across the Region
- Prepare Purchase Orders and manage invoicing
- Drive continuous improvement in processes
Strong financial and operational tracking skills - Administrative or project support experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Experience in project management and customer communication
- Knowledge of CDM and workload scheduling
- Working towards a Level 4 qualification (NVQ/HNC/APM) or equivalent
- Must hold valid UK driving licence
