Full Job Description

As a Delivery PMO, your day will be focused on providing program management support to ensure the execution of delivery milestones on time and within budget, for Core, Package and Supply Chain. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the on-time market introduction of products and the achievement of committed timelines. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Alignment of important metrics for the program (WS Owners Define) inline with business objectives (Dashbaord)
  • Ensuring the workstream objectives and deliverables are aligned with overall program objectives
  • Provide guidance for risk management across WS and manage overall program risks
  • Resource gaps and resource prioritization guidance
  • Upward project progress reporting through dashboard and status report driving
  • On-Time Delivery (OTD) of milestone adherence for Core & Package activities
  • You'll work closely with various teams to coordinate efforts and ensure that all project milestones are met efficiently.

  • Provide program management support to achieve delivery achievements on schedule and within budget.
  • Ensure the on-time market introduction of products and achievement of committed timelines.
  • Achieve Timely Delivery (OTD) for Core & Package activities.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure efficient project milestone execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to ensure alignment with goals.

    Proven experience in programme management and milestone execution.
  • Strong skills in coordinating and driving On-Time Delivery (OTD) for project activities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure timely market introduction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a passion for achieving project goals.
