Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with at least five years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex studio build projects, from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of design, construction, and systems integration meet our high standards of excellence.,

  • Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate with designers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.

  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

  • Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.

  • Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.

  • Execution and Monitoring:

  • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to the project plan and milestones.

  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

  • Quality Control:

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor work quality and progress.

  • Financial Management:

  • Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

  • Approve expenditures and manage invoicing and payments in collaboration with the finance team.

  • Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping to resolve any issues or challenges that arise.

    A minimum of five years of project management experience in studio design, construction, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience working with trades, designers and specialist subcontractors

  • Understanding of studio technology, including audio, video, lighting, and acoustic systems.

  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and eco-friendly materials is a plus.
