Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (Defence) - Real Estate

Our growing Nottingham Real Estate team is actively looking to engage with project management professionals to aid in the delivery of a broad range of defence schemes for our Derbyshire-based client., A Defence Sector Project Manager would be expected to support large-scale contracts and projects within our overall Defence Sector Portfolio. Typically, these are large scale capital investment projects from a wider portfolio initiative supporting one of the 6 TLB holders. Key delivery responsibilities include day to day design team management at a delivery level supporting the overall capital project process both with day-to-day ownership of core project management tasks through all RIBA work stages. Successful performance is measured on the core parameters of any project whilst facilitating programme, risk, and change management.
