Join Energy Assets, a leading provider of utility infrastructure solutions, and play a key role in delivering high-quality projects while working with a dynamic, supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead projects, collaborate with key stakeholders, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment. If you're passionate about health & safety, operational excellence, and stakeholder management, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing multi-utility projects across the North West, ensuring successful delivery in line with budget, safety, and performance targets.

  • Coordinating resources effectively to meet client and asset owner requirements while maximising efficiency.

  • Liaising with key stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, DNOs, iDNOs, Water Authorities, and NAV partners.

  • Ensuring compliance with industry accreditations (WIRS, GIRS, NERS) and regulatory requirements.

  • Leading and supporting operational teams, ensuring best practices in construction, health & safety, and engineering standards.

  • Driving performance, from cost control and project audits to risk management and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Commercial awareness - ability to manage budgets, contracts, and financial targets.

  • Accreditations: NRSWA Supervisor, EUSR SHEA Passport (Gas, Water & Electric).

  • Excellent leadership skills - able to manage teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively.

Why Join Energy Assets?

  • Competitive Salary - with great benefits and career development opportunities.

  • Work-Life Balance - 30 days holiday, increasing to 35 days with service.

  • Safety & Security - robust risk mitigation and critical injury support.

  • Supportive Culture - be part of a friendly, down-to-earth team that values inclusivity.

  • Career Growth - with opportunities across our end-to-end, meter-to-main solutions business.
