Full Job Description
- lead and/or support a portfolio of social care projects that enhance outcomes for vulnerable children and young people, ensuring changes are positively received by service users and embedded into core service delivery
- utilise data analysis, research, and evidence-based approaches to identify service improvement opportunities within children's social care, interpreting complex datasets to inform strategic planning
- work collaboratively with stakeholders across Children and Young People's Services to develop solutions within aligned projects and programmes
- maintain comprehensive project documentation including planning, monitoring, risk management, and evaluation reports for governance while proactively communicating progress to all stakeholders
- apply strong organisational and planning skills to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver successful social care initiatives using appropriate project management techniques
- provide line management and supervision as required, while building and maintaining effective relationships with partners and professional groups to promote integrated service delivery that supports children, young people and families., Step 3 - Upload a supporting statement answering the following questions below (no more than 400 words per question). - Suitable professional qualification at graduate level or equivalent experience in a relevant area of work.
