Property Director

This is a senior management position reporting directly to the Duke and Duchess of Bedford and the Trustees of the Estate. We are therefore looking for a leader who wants to be the driving force for a diverse and dynamic property portfolio including ongoing development opportunities.
A key requirement of the role is to conduct business in such a way as to enhance the Estate's reputation and develop it in accordance with the Trustees intensions.
With significant previous experience, you should have strong technical, staff management and IT skills, together with the ability to organise and prioritise effectively. Knowledge of the legal aspects of property lettings is highly preferable.
You will also have a track record in overseeing teams on major sites/estates, with an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification being essential in support of your H&S experience.
The Property Director role is full time permanent, Monday to Friday with on-call responsibilities and excellent accommodation attached.

The Bedford Estates covers Woburn Abbey, Woburn Safari Park, Woburn Golf Club and in excess of 400 agricultural, residential and commercial properties in and around Woburn, Bedfordshire.
