Property Marketing Executive

We are currently looking for a Property Marketing Executive to join the Royal London Property team on a permanent basis in London. This is a pivotal role in promoting the RLAM Property platform and ensuring our marketing efforts are best in class. You will sit within the Property team and your contributions will encompass benchmarking, enhancing marketing collateral, managing online presence, and coordinating various marketing activities. About the role

• Creative input to the production of leasing and investment particulars, asset books, Investment Memorandums, Teasers, RFI's and publications, data site/portals
• Supplier management - coordinating 3rd parties to include photographers, videographers, printers, and brochure designers to ensure delivery is on time and best in class.
• Project management - end to end management of concept to creation of marketing materials, coordinating input from multiple parties before sign-off.
• Internal stakeholder management and collaboration including wider marketing teams, PR, compliance, legal and operations.
  
  Proven experience in property marketing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience operating within PowerPoint and Word including excellent writing skills and creative skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Experience using InDesign desirable but not essential.
• Awareness of external peers in listed and unlisted space to ensure we are consistently benchmarking collateral and driving best in class results.
