What You'll Be Doing:

• Drive property acquisition by sourcing and securing properties within the private rental market to meet our targets.
• Build key relationships by engaging with property agents, investors, and landlords to expand our network.
• Lead new business generation by identifying and onboarding new property sources for the AASC contract.
• Manage existing landlords and investors by strengthening relationships to ensure continued support.
• Ensure compliance and due diligence by following guidelines to maintain high property standards.
• Attend industry events and represent Serco at networking events, roadshows, and landlord meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams by working cross-functionally to optimize property acquisition efforts.
• Research and innovate by discovering fresh strategies to enhance property sourcing efficiency.

• A full and clean driving license is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to travel as required.
