• FMT (Fair Maintainable Trade): £18,000 p/w / 325 BBL p/a
• Rent: £60,000 p/a

Ingoing Costs:

• Deposit: £15,000 (with deposit builders available)
• Inventory: TBC (inventory loans available)
• Fixtures & Fittings: £0 (Brewery-owned)
• Insurance: £25.58 p/w
