Full Job Description

  • Follow changes and interpret appropriate legislation, customer requirements, and industry standards to support the development and continuous improvement of the QEHS Management system,
  • Contribute to the business with specialist knowledge within the designated area of QEHS expertise.
  • Participate in QEHS-related projects.
  • Develop and implement systems of work necessary within the designated area of expertise to meet relevant QEHS requirements.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on QEHS information and data as required.
  • Develop plans to continuous improve QEHS performance across the business and support in problem-solving.
  • Provide relevant expert guidance to innovation/NPD and infrastructure projects across the whole supply chain to minimize QEHS risk to Arla.
  • Carry out internal and external audits (following relevant training).
  • Train colleagues across the business within the designated area of QEHS expertise.
  • Facilitate and develop organizational knowledge sharing and foster a shared culture of QEHS continuous improvement .
  • Collaborate well with customer and other external stakeholders regarding QEHS requirement, including incident management, complaint handling queries, audits, and improvements.

    A degree in food science, technology, environment/sustainability, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant QEHS qualifications (including country-specific qualifications).
  • 3+ years of experience in QEHS within a food manufacturing environment or food chain operation (production, distribution, sales).
