Ensure F2508 and F2508A reports are completed in a timely manner, together with all supporting documentation required
Identify H&S training needs of the colleagues and liaise with the managers to nominate the colleagues for training courses
Create and maintain the annual site Safety, Health and Environmental Management improvement plan
Provide statistical summaries of incidents to managers and draw attention to significant trends and occurrences

Holder of a NEBOSH General qualification or similar is essential
Proven Health and Safety Management experience ideally with a strong LEAN background
Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
