Full Job Description
To form an integral part of the Operations team, contributing to the QOF (please see attachment) of the Practice with the support of the QOF Lead ensuring maximum income alongside gold standard patient care by running searches and monitoring appointment availability and uptake, regularly reporting back to the Practice Manager., The following are the core responsibilities of the QoF Administrator. There may be on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks; this will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels:
- Work alongside the QOF Lead, Practice Manager & Deputy Practice Manager (Operations) to ensure planning for the QOF year and management of all chronic disease recalls
- Run reports and manage bookings for Depression
- Run reports and mange bookings for Cancer Care reviews with GP
- Run reports, manage bookings, results and recalls for Cytology
- Provide cover and assist the QOF Lead with running reports and producing QOF lists to invite and recall patients in for QOF reviews under the allocated co-morbidly lists
- QOF related Tasks / Docman / Emails
