Full Job Description
The team work extremely well together to ensure the safety of vulnerable adults under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager The responsibilities will include:
- Fulfil Care Coordination and/or Statutory MH Social Work role
- Assessments and interventions under Care Act
- Work with complex cases
- Team is currently working on a mix of office based working, home working and f2f using PPE. Apporopriate PPE will be provided for any situation required face to face contact. All members of team expected to work safely and flexibly, taking account of any risk assessments relating to Covid
- Liaise with other professionals
- 36 hours per week (flexible by negotiation)
- 2 Month Temporary Contract
- Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance

Qualified Social Worker, Blackburn Council, Adults Community Mental Health Team - Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within an Adult Social Work team, Our client is looking for a qualified Social Worker with 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within an Adult Social Work team, The successful candidate will need to hold a DipSW or equivalent must be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS and be a car driver.
