Qualified Social Worker, Sandwell Council, Children's Care Management Team

The team work extremely well together to ensure the safety of children under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager The responsibilities will include:

• SGO, Viability assessments, revocations of placement orders
• Must understand that due to peripatetic nature of work, they will be asked to do tasks as needed by the service but priority is fast track court applications for SGO
• Must be excellent communicators with families, IROs social workers etc.
• Court Work
• Liaise with other professionals
• 37 hours per week (flexible by negotiation)
• 3 month Temporary Contract
• Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance

  Qualified Social Worker, Sandwell Council, Children's Care Management Team - Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within a Children's Social Work team, Our client is looking for a qualified Social Worker with 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within a Children's Social Work team, The successful candidate will need to hold a DipSW or equivalent must be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS and be a car driver.
