Quality Administrator

· Prepare and send complaint acknowledgement letters to sales/customers together with instructions for sample return to the relevant facility.

· Review all Customer requests for Documentation and Questions

· Secondary School or Degree qualified

· Extensive years of experience of working in Administration roles or in the Healthcare Industry

· Be able to demonstrate knowledge of IT Systems

· Ability to comprehend & execute procedures.

· Strong Communication Skills
