Full Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organised Senior Quality & Compliance Officer to support the day-to- day planning, review and development of our Quality Management System and associated project delivery, anti-bribery and quality assurance processes. The Senior Quality & Compliance Officer is required to be a Pillar of Knowledge providing assistance, direction, and development of the project delivery process, anti-bribery and quality assurance controls within a fast-growing company. We need a self-starter who is confident and able to deal with the project delivery teams to ensure we are delivering projects to the expected standard and comply with anti-bribery requirements. You will be is responsible for providing overall direction of this program in the form of process guidance and standards for Quality Management, Project Delivery and Anti-Bribery.,

  • Assist the Head of Management Systems and Compliance in continuous monitoring and development of the internal management systems and processes.
  • The Senior Quality & Compliance Officer will have delegated ownership in delivering elements of the internal management system deliverables.
  • Supporting the Head of Management Systems and Compliance in managing external audits and accreditation review across REDs ISO standards as well as liaison with the various subject matter experts within the business:
  • + ISO9001 QMS + ISO45001 HSMS + ISO14001 EMS + ISO37001 ABMS + ISO50001 EnMS Monitoring Quality & Anti-Bribery Processes
  • Support the adoption of Quality Management and Project Delivery and Anti-Bribery Procedures, across all areas of the business.
  • Support the continuous improvements of the Ethics & Compliance program.
  • Manage internal audits and status reviews as required to create a reasonable surety that systems are being followed on a business-as-usual basis. As the Senior Quality & Compliance Officer you will be responsible for coordinating and leading internal Audits, supported by the QA Champions.
  • Prepare and update quality records, trend analysis, trackers and reports.
  • Coordinate with colleagues and project teams to close out non-compliances and raise awareness of any shortcomings.
  • Generating and present reports for the Head of Management Systems and Compliance and other senior management stakeholders, maintaining action trackers and dashboard reporting across Project Delivery Procedure, Quality Management and Anti-Bribery Systems including monitoring of KPIs.
  • Undertaking lessons learnt sessions and collation of feedback on what works/what doesn't as a part of REDs continual improvement cycle.
  • Project Delivery Process (PDP)
  • Support the day-to-day work of our project delivery processes.
  • Delegated ownership of the Project Delivery Procedure including preparation of Project Delivery Process documents including procedures, guidance handbooks and templates.
  • Support the Head of Management Systems & Compliance in the delivery and ongoing evolution of a new digital Project Delivery System encapsulating REDs Project Delivery Procedure.
  • Provide assistance, direction and development for Project Delivery and Ethics & Compliance aspects associated with the digital Project Delivery system.
  • Collaborate with the Business System Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure new systems being implemented (integrated with the digital Project Delivery System - such as Salesforce) reflect business need.
  • Manage the coordination of Project Management Clinics and at times presenting on new and updated Project Delivery and Anti-Bribery processes and topics.
  • Lessons learnt sessions and collation of feedback on what works/what doesn't as part of our continual improvements for project delivery
  • Quality & Anti-Bribery Management Supporting Responsibilities
  • Carry out Project Delivery Procedure inductions (incorporating antibribery aspects) for all new employees.
  • Present training on new and updated processes associated with Quality, Project Delivery and Anti-Bribery Procedures.
  • Carry out independent reading and research to support Project Delivery, Quality and Anti-Bribery improvements.

    At least 5 years' experience in a similar role with a focus on Project Delivery, Quality Assurance and Anti-Bribery.
  • Project Management qualification desirable, not essential
  • ISO standard knowledge and application (ISO 9001/37001)
  • Auditing experience
  • Project management administration
  • Have a clear and logical mindset and approach to work tasks
  • Knowledge of project management principles, process and reporting methodologies
  • Understanding of project quality and anti-bribery assurance and control processes
  • You have experience with the facilitation of requirement gathering, defining acceptance criteria, and coaching others on QA principles
  • You can drive project delivery, quality and anti-bribery improvements across the board, in the rigour of technical documentation, consistency in approach and against policy
  • You understand audit techniques and ability to identify the most effective techniques and tools to use
  • Knowledge of construction occupational health and safety requirements beneficial
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications word, excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint etc.
  • Presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Background in consulting or construction preferred
  • Good understanding of international working and business operations of a global consultancy
