Full Job Description
At our Clitheroe Twin Brook site, we are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Operator (Line QA) to play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest food safety and quality standards., As a Quality Control Operator (Line QA), you will be responsible for:
- Following all Health & Safety (H&S) protocols and reporting potential hazards.
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and maintaining product traceability.
- Monitoring and enforcing food safety standards, hygiene practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Conducting product quality checks, including pH monitoring, temperature checks, gas analysis, metal detection, and packaging quality assessment.
- Checking and ensuring compliance with labelling accuracy, date printing, and seal integrity.

- Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene
- Essential Hygiene and Chemical Awareness
- Level 1/2 HACCP Certification
- ESOL Entry 2 or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience working in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good command of English (written & verbal) and basic numeracy.
