Full Job Description
- Inspection of Aerospace forgings for the main OEM's.
- Visual inspection, with some Forgings requiring manual dimensional assessment using all common manual measurement equipment.
- Daily inspection of Forgings, checking for conformity to customer specifications, acting as a quality gate.
- Further orientation will be performed onsite.
At least 3 years' experience using dimentional inspection equipment - Hands on experience with GD&T per ANSI Y 14.5
- Must be able to interpret Blue Prints and drawings
- Familiarity with Quality and Manufacturing processes
- Prefer inspection background in receiving, in-process inspection knowledge of FAI reports
- Boeing, Airbus, Spirit, Collins, Meggit, Rolls Royce and some Defence Platforms.
- Must be UK Citizen
