Full Job Description
Are you a forward-looking clinician, with enthusiasm, energy and drive?
The successful post holder will provide inspirational advocacy for quality improvements across Mountbatten Isle of Wight and Mountbatten Hampshire.
This role will advise and support the Director of Quality, Data and Information and Director of Nursing in the development and delivery of a strategy for quality and act as a champion for patient safety and user involvement., You will contribute to developing a culture of internal and external stakeholder engagement, being at the heart of all service change and development, working with service leads to implement and assess user involvement and feedback processes.
Working with the Director of Quality, Data and Information, Director of Nursing and departmental leads, you will ensure that there is up to date evidence in place in order to ensure compliance with the Care Quality Commissions Standards.
Mountbatten Hampshire is part of the Mountbatten Group, and its sister Hospice is Mountbatten Isle of Wight.
