Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Quality Support Officer (QSO) to join the Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) Team to work within Wandsworth. The post is a part time role for 18.75 hours per week. The Family Nurse Partnership is an evidenced based home visiting programme for first time mothers. The programme is designed to support and improve the health, wellbeing and social outcomes of young mothers and their children.

This is a senior administrative, role which requires high standards of professional practice, excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills., The post holder is required to have an NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent, Maths and English GCSE or equivalent GCSE level 9 - 4 , advanced keyboard skills, equivalent admin/clerical experience, report writing skills, pays attention to detail and good level of written and verbal communication skills with the ability to demonstrate fluency, clarity and effectiveness. The post holder will be committed to principles and core model elements of the Family Nurse Partnership Programme.
