An exciting opportunity has arisen foraBand 4Quality Support Officer(QSO)to join the Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) Team to work withinWandsworth. Thepostisa part time role for18.75 hours per week. The Family Nurse Partnership is an evidenced based home visiting programme for first time mothers. The programme is designed to support and improve the health, wellbeing and social outcomes of young mothers and their children.

This is a senior administrative,role which requireshigh standardsof professional practice, excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Thepost holder is required tohave an NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent, Maths and English GCSE or equivalent GCSE level 9 - 4 , advanced keyboard skills, equivalent admin/clerical experience, report writing skills,pays attention to detailand goodlevel of written and verbal communication skills with the ability to demonstrate fluency, clarity andeffectiveness. The post holder will be committed to principles and core model elements of the Family Nurse Partnership Programme.
