An effective communicator with a personable and professional manner, you will have excellent organisational skills combined with thoroughness and attention to detail. You will be responsible for co-ordinating the supporting tasks to ensure our compliance and quality processes are met. An individual who will ensure information is maintained, tracked and dealt with within the agreed timescales in all of the relevant databases. The ability to work within a fast paced environment is key, along with an ability to work (and stay calm) under pressure to meet tight deadlines whilst demonstrating you have an excellent eye for detail. Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role. Experience in organising meetings, taking minutes, and tracking action points effectively. - 25 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) which increases with service
