R&D Engineer / Scientist

R&D Engineer/Scientist We have an opportunity for a R&D Engineer/Scientist to join us at Honeywell, in Portsmouth, where you will be responsible for leading product development and validation through testing, managing lab resources, providing technical support, and documenting experimental work. You will be assisting with project planning and facilitating improvements and obsolescence projects. This role is 100% onsite at our Portsmouth location. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support all aspects of product development, validation, audits, and multi-departmental testing and analytical methods.Develop, implement, and maintain standardized testing methodologies and associated equipment and documentation.Manage lab resources, including scheduling, equipment, and staff, ensuring completion of testing across departments.Provide technical support and problem-solving for Core and Sustaining product ranges while facilitating product and process improvements.Maintain accurate experimental records, conduct data analysis, and assist Project Managers in project planning and control.
