Full Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Finance Manager, Systems & Process Lead (R2R) - Oracle Fusion to join our client's team. This role is instrumental in supporting the transformation journey for Finance Record-to-Report processes by defining and delivering both transformation and continual improvement changes. The role is part of a cross-functional Business Operations team responsible for overseeing the systems and core finance processes.,
- Lead the transformation and continual improvement of the Finance Record-to-Report (R2R) process, including Service to Cash (S2C), Source to Pay (S2P), Project to Retire (P2R), and other core finance processes.
- Work collaboratively with Finance/Accounting Technology Project and Service Delivery teams to design R2R processes with appropriate controls.
- Monitor and maintain risk controls and audit requirements for core finance processes.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for systems supporting the R2R processes and ensure integration with other core and non-finance processes.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore technology teams to ensure systems are updated in a timely manner.
- Be the first point of contact for system-related challenges, working toward resolution.
- Support the R2R Process Owner by driving system-based process improvements and participating in Oracle customer forums to influence future functionality.
- Lead the delivery of business change initiatives, including project planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Create and maintain process maps, standard operating procedures, and control documentation relevant to R2R processes.
Proven experience in systems or programme transformation delivery, with a focus on R2R. - Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and EPBCS is essential.
- Qualified finance professional with in-depth business and systems knowledge, particularly in core finance processes, controls, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with a proven ability to build relationships quickly with stakeholders.
- Experience working under pressure and managing competing priorities.
