We are seeking to recruit a new receptionist to cover our Radiology department late afternoon/early evening, Monday to Wednesday.

The Radiology Receptionist will provide reception cover for a range of imaging modalities within the Radiology department, with a focus on providing excellent patient experience in all interactions.

The successful applicant will need to be able to display discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information and be able to deal calmly and politely with staff of all levels and the public both face to face and by telephone., Provide a professional and efficient reception service to a range of imaging modalities within the Radiology department.

To greet and reassure patients on arrival and give them clear instructions, ensuring a patient centred service is maintained at all times.

The employee will also provide comprehensive administration support to ensure that deadlines are achieved and flow of work is prioritised in order to meet targets and objectives.

Applicants must be educated to GCSE level or equivalent. Experience of working in a busy reception environment and using computers is essential.
