Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to join Brett Aggregates as a Site Supervisor at our Railhead & Concrete Plant Operation in London.
You will oversee the unloading of Trains and feed the onsite concrete plant ensuring the safety and efficient management of the site.
You'll have a hands on role and you will be integral in ensuring a strong safety culture and the future development of the site.
About Your Role
Ensure the safe and efficient running of the site.
Drive continuous improvement in line with current legislation and Company Policy.
Add value by driving efficiency.
Be the key point of contact for all inbound and outbound material sources.
Manage all internal and external Stakeholders.
You should have a strong SHEQ skill base.
We're Looking For
Experience in operating a wheeled loading shovel is essential
Good level of education and hold or be willing to work towards a QCF L4 in SHE Management.
Proven track record in the industry with experience operating and maintaining heavy plant and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prioritise your own workload and that of others.
