Full Job Description
- Ensure raw materials and packaging are ordered on time, using our portfolio of approved suppliers.
- Inventory Control: Regularly check and manage materials with longer lead times to avoid disruptions.
- Supplier Management: Chase outstanding orders and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Production Support: Monitor and maintain the Material Call Off (MCO) document, the key tool ensuring smooth production.
- Problem-solving: Assist in resolving daily raw material and packaging issues.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation and ensure health & safety protocols are met.

- Experience in inventory control or procurement within a manufacturing environment (preferably food production).
- Knowledge of TROPOS or similar supply chain management software.
- Strong numerical and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with suppliers and transport teams.
- A team player with a proactive and energetic approach, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills to manage stock accuracy and supplier relationships.
