Full Job Description

The first point of contact in our reception for visitors. You will ensure that all clients/visitors enquires both face to face/email/telephone are directed to the relevant person within the company. You will work both autonomously and also as part of a team. You will undertake a variety of administrative duties and some housekeeping duties also., The journey began in 1999 above a supermarket in Doncaster's busy market place, with only 4 staff and 18 learners, the Director; Diane Logan wanted to create a training organisation that was passionate about the Hair and Beauty Industry and high quality training, but also passionate about its learners! Twenty years later they offer places annually to 200 applicants for Traineeship, Apprenticeship and Advanced Learner Loan provision. They have two state of the art training centers in Rotherham and Doncaster and are supported by over 100 local Employers who offer to support our young people through giving work placements or by employing our Apprentices.
