Receptionist - Afternoon (Job Share)

At Box Hill School, we have a new position open for an Afternoon Receptionist (job share) to act as the initial point of contact for incoming phone calls, visitors, parents and pupils with a professional, helpful and friendly approach to build positive ongoing relationships. This role is Term Time only., You'll be responsible for answering calls and dealing with face-to-face enquiries, signing in visitors and ensuring all visitors are appropriately monitored, as well as providing general clerical and administrative support and maintaining school records.

Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basisReception experience is desirable but not essential.
Knowledge of the iSAMS database is desirable but not essential (full training will be provided)

A high level of verbal and written communication standards

Proven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlines
