Hours: 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. These hours will require some flexibility throughout the year to meet service demand.

Primary Location: The post holder will be based initially at the Pathway Centre at Southgate Campus but you may be required to work at other College sites and at external locations as service demands require.

To provide an effective and comprehensive Reception and Course Information service to all College customers as well as carrying out other Student Engagement/Services roles as necessary.
