Full Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a self motivated and enthusiastic person to take on a challenging role. Working under the supervision of the Clerical Team Leader the post holder will provide clerical and reception support to the Therapy Clinics and Paediatric therapies service.
- Check in Patients ensuring the correct personal details are held in Cerner making any updates necessary to the records.
- Ensure documentation is completed and forwarded as necessary.
- Sort paper referrals and place in appropriate tray.
- Ensure documentation is completed and forwarded as necessary.
- Receive and distribute mail.
- To action approved freezing and unfreezing of clinics.
