Full Job Description

Provide a comprehensive and quality administration/reception service to the clinical Haematology department, manage and prioritise their workload liaising closely with the other administration staff and management in the Department. Provide administrative support to the wider multidisciplinary team, including Consultants., + Check in/out patients
+ Booking outpatients appointments on Cerner
+ Confirmation calls to reduce DNA rates
+ Providing a patient-facing service to Haematology patients
+ Answering enquiries from patients and the clinical team via email and telephone; Administrative support to the Haematology outpatient department including patients and clinical team
+ Ensuring all referrals, prescriptions and consent forms are uploaded on CDL
+ Support the phlebotomy team
+ Validation of data quality errors
