Meet and greet patientsAnswer telephone in a professional and pleasant mannerBook appointments and direct queries appropriatelyDispense and issue prescriptions to patientsHandle mail and scan documents as neededCarry out general administrative tasks to support the practices operations

We are looking for a part-time (24 hours/week, enthusiastic candidate to join our supportive and caring team. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, along with IT literacy and the ability to be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, both individually and as part of a team. We encourage training and envisage developing the right candidate to join our qualified dispensary team (previous experience of working in a dispensing GP Practice is desirable but not essential as training will be given).

Llanberis surgery is an EMIS and dispensing practice in rural Northwest Wales. We are a friendly and supportive 7 Partner practice with an experienced nursing and administrative team of 18. The practice operates across 3 sites, looking after approx 5,700 patients. The practice is in the heart of Snowdonia. The area is exceptionally beautiful and provides a wealth of outdoor activities in the immediate vicinity.
