Full Job Description

We are part of a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of Cornwall's most excluded and disadvantaged people. Successful candidates will work as part of the adult community team, alongside in-house services which include outreach, hospital, clinical, criminal justice and a residential rehabilitation facility. This post is to work primarily in the duty office where you will be responsible for answering phone calls in a busy duty office and responding to clients who utilise our drop-in service. About the role Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. You'll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery. This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connecting
quickly with clients and ensuring they're always treated with respect and dignity.

WithYou provides free and confidential support, without judgement, to more than 100,000 people every year experiencing challenges with drugs, alcohol and mental health across England and Scotland. Our name reflects who we are - a positive place where people can progress, connect with others and get friendly, expert help in a way that's right for them.
