Full Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced recruitment advisor to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, developing and executing innovative and effective recruitment advertising strategies, with a focus on Senior and hard to fill vacancies. You will provide strategic advice, manage complex recruitment campaigns and develop relationships with key stakeholders to attract and select top-tier talent. Utilise social media strategies to support an executive search approach, monitoring market trends and conducting competitor analysis for informed decision-making., Lead recruitment efforts for senior and specialized vacancies ensuring a strategic, targeted, and executive search approach. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand unique requirements for hard-to-fill roles. Utilize advanced interviewing techniques for senior-level candidates. Conduct interviews for senior and specialized roles. Oversee rolling campaigns, from planning and approval to advertising and candidate selection. Manage the end-to-end recruitment administrative process behind each vacancy, ensuring the ATS is used to its full potential to enable accurate data management and generation of recruitment reports for decision-making and monitoring of performance. Develop social media strategies to identify, engage, and attract high-calibre candidates. Utilize online professional networks and platforms to build a talent pipeline and enhance the organization's employer brand. Cultivate strong relationships with partners, agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance talent pipelines. Act as a liaison between the organization and external recruitment partners.,

    Proven track record of successfully leading and managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including executive search functions.
  • Experience in utilising social media and online professional networks for candidate sourcing and engagement. Background in overseeing rolling recruitment campaigns and managing high-volume recruitment
