Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Advisor to join our team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. You will be responsible for sourcing top talent, managing candidate communications, and supporting the recruitment process. Working closely with Recruitment Specialists and Hiring Managers, you will help develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience. - Talent Hunter: Use innovative methods to source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Candidate Champion: Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and maintain candidate databases with precision.
- Job Advertiser: Craft compelling job adverts and post them on various platforms to attract the best talent.
- Recruitment Support: Coordinate interviews and manage applicant communications, ensuring a smooth process.
- Team Collaborator: Work closely with Recruitment Specialists and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements.
- System Guru: Keep our recruitment management system updated and accurate.
- Insightful Reporter: Generate and update recruitment reports to keep our team informed.
- Experience Enhancer: Ensure every candidate has a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Industry Explorer: Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Networking Pro: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Event Organiser: Assist in planning and executing exciting recruitment events and job fairs.
Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment role, such as an intern or assistant. - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work.
- IT Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment management systems and digital tools.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in job postings and candidate information.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Competitive Salary: £26,000 - £28,000pa DOE. - Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00.
