Recruitment Manager

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, data led and experienced Student Recruitment Manager to join our innovative and dynamic recruitment team leading on undergraduate and postgraduate home recruitment.
You will provide strategic direction and lead an experienced team to design and implement recruitment plans across the UK, working closely with departments and academic schools, across the institution. You will collaborate across the university and external networks to build sustainable pipelines and create impact to meet recruitment targets.
The role holder will need to utilise complex data sets to inform market growth opportunities. This involves leveraging systems to enhance student recruitment strategy and to deliver an exceptional student journey, using account management, CRM, PowerBI and wider systems.

You will be a highly driven and motivated leader with a degree or equivalent qualification and will have demonstrable experience in recruitment, outreach and/or widening participation, resulting in impactful partnerships and results. You will have a proven track record of leading projects, teams or recruitment initiatives, supported by a strong organisational skills and exception interpersonal and communication skills.
