Full Job Description
- Drive Occupancy: Maintain a strong pipeline of referrals, working with local authorities and parents.
- Build Partnerships: Develop and strengthen relationships with SEN managers, case officers, parents and carers.
- Market Expertise: Stay ahead of trends in SEN provision and share insights across the group.
- Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues in the commercial, finance and marketing teams, headteachers and local authorities to meet demand and achieve results.
- Champion Success: Instil best practices and ensure high standards for every placement.
Experience in education, health, or social care funding. - Knowledge of SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
- Proven success in relationship management with local authorities.
- Strong CRM systems experience, Microsoft Office and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple sites.
