Full Job Description
As our Referrals & Placements Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient referral and admissions processes, supporting occupancy and revenue targets, and maintaining strong partnerships with Local Authorities and other key stakeholders.,
- Manage the Referrals & Placements Process - Oversee enquiries, assessments, and admissions, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Build & Maintain Relationships - Engage with Local Authorities, commissioning teams, social workers, and families to generate and manage referrals.
- Drive Business Growth - Work with the Business Development team to identify opportunities, track referral trends, and develop marketing strategies.
- Data & Reporting - Maintain accurate records, track occupancy, and provide key reports to senior leadership.
- Support Transition Planning - Ensure smooth transitions for individuals joining our services, working closely with families and operational teams.
Are you an experienced Referrals Manager with a background in social care? Do you thrive on building strong relationships, managing admissions processes, and driving occupancy growth? If so, we want to hear from you!, Proven experience in referrals, admissions, or placement management within social care or a similar setting. - Strong relationship-building skills with Local Authorities, commissioners, and social care professionals.
- Excellent organizational and data management abilities, with experience using CRM systems.
- A proactive and strategic mindset to help grow and develop services.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
