We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Housing Officer at Advance. Advance is a specialist supported housing association that is on an exciting journey to deliver more services and develop more housing for people with learning difficulties, disabilities and supporting people towards greater independent living.
This role-based working from home along with attending our Witney Office when required. We are looking for a communicative well-organized individual to work this wide geographical area, and who has experience working within a tenancy management function.
In the role you will be making a difference daily to improving the lives and outcomes of our tenants. Managing approximately 300 customers.
The role of Regional Housing Officer will include:

- Providing effective tenancy and resident management in line with policies and procedures.
- Dealing with anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches and changes.
- Managing all safeguarding and complex cases ensuring legislation is followed and internal policies and procedures.
- Maximize income through managing rent accounts for your patch area.
- Manage void properties within your patch area ensuring they are let assisting the business with maximizing rental income.
- Developing, building and maintaining relationships with tenants and other key stakeholders to ensure the effective management of housing services.
- Playing a key role in helping our tenants maintain their tenancy

- An excellent communicator
- Able to build excellent relationship with customers and colleagues
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office
- Highly competent with Open Housing or a similar data base

Training and development will be offered as part of our offer to ensure the successful candidate can undertake the role.
As travel is a requirement of the role, a full, current driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
