Join a dynamic, global team at Johnson & Johnson Technology Finance. As a Regional Lead Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic financial decision-making for our Innovative Medicine EMEA IT operations. You'll partner closely with IT leaders to provide insightful analysis, support critical business decisions, and optimize financial performance. All other locations in the EMEA region could be considered as this role reports to a Sr. Finance Manager based in the US., Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Lead the development and execution of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying variances and trends.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for executive leadership. Business Partnership:
- Build strong relationships with IT leaders to understand their business objectives.
- Provide financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Ad-hoc Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop innovative financial models and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for financial information and analysis. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement new financial process and tools to enhance data accuracy and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial operations.
Experience Required: - Minimum bachelor's degree qualification in finance, accounting or related field
- 5+ years of relevant finance experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A passion for driving financial excellence and business success
