Regional Manager - Maternity Cover

Practice Plus Group are seeking an experienced Regional Manager for our London IUC service! As Regional Manager, you will lead the team to provide innovative, energetic, patient focused care. Strong interpersonal, communication, financial and managerial skills are essential. You will understand the aspirations of the wider local health economy and find positive solutions for the challenges being faced in order that the service can continue to be an integral part of the health system. A good grasp of the sector dynamics at both a national and regional level is required, as well as an understanding of the strategic direction for healthcare delivery. You will be required to manage the service in accordance with CQC and other statutory requirements, leading on all aspects of day-to-day client relationships for IUC services commissioned within the region.
