The role

The renowned Benenden School is seeking an experienced Registrar to play a vital role in the successful delivery of the School's ambitious recruitment targets.

This role will be integral to the new-look Admissions team, with responsibility for running the admissions process. Our new Registrar will ensure that prospective families experience a seamless and well-supported journey every step of the way, from initial enquiry all the way through to their daughters starting at Benenden.

The Registrar leads from the front in delivering a premium admissions process for the School and works closely with the Director of Admissions, who is focused on strategy and external engagement activity to drive future student recruitment.

The Registrar will personally lead on the largest three entry points into the School (11+, 13+ and 16+ entry), with great support from the other members of the team: the Admissions Officer and the Admissions Officer - International Students.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience of running a school admissions process, ideally in a premium independent school, and will be excited to play a major role in meeting Benenden's objectives at an exciting time in its history.
