Full Job Description
Join our UK Insurance Compliance team and make a real impact! As a key member of EUI Compliance, you'll be at the forefront of supporting diverse teams, driving regulatory change, and ensuring compliance excellence. You'll play a crucial role in identifying, communicating, and monitoring new or amended regulations, managing SMF applications, and preparing briefing packs for regulatory meetings and interviews. If you're passionate about Compliance and eager to contribute to a vibrant and collaborative environment, this opportunity is perfect for you!, As a Regulatory Development and Technical Standards Manager you will support the implementation and ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements by undertaking horizon scanning to identify future regulatory changes. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to communicate, support and oversee implementation. You will also support and drive regulatory requests for information and help support SMF applications via the SMCR team and co-ordinate and collate relevant briefing packs for regulatory visits or meetings.,
- Manage the Regulatory Development Executive and oversee regulatory changes.
- Conduct horizon scanning and communicate key regulatory updates.
- Coordinate and drive regulatory information requests, managing stakeholders.
- Maintain and report on a regulatory development tracker.
- Support SMF applications and prepare briefing packs for regulatory meetings.

Proficient in stakeholder management and FCA Handbook expertise. - Proactive, self-managed, and customer-focused.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and report writing skills.
- Effective influencing, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Degree-level education or relevant industry experience.
