McCarthy Stone seeks a compassionate Relief Care Supervisor to support our Jacobs Place team in Saffron Walden, Essex. Help residents enjoy life in a vibrant, secure, and caring community where they're empowered to live independently.

We're looking for a dedicated individual with senior care experience and a minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent). You should be friendly, organised, and committed to helping older adults thrive. Strong communication skills and teamwork will be vital in this role, where you'll set a high standard of care. Management experience of a team is an advantage.

• Pay: £14.51 per hour for day shifts, £12.24 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 per hour on weekends.
• Hours: Flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts, coordinated with Estate and Operations Managers.
