Full Job Description

The job is all about giving people encouragement, guidance and support so they can live as independently as possible and have the freedom to make their own choices. Even though personal care is an element of the position, this role is all about building one to one relationships with the person you will be supporting and enjoying spending time with each other. Physical tasks may include but are not limited to - wheelchair assistance, manual handling and various physical activities. Female Applicants only under an exemption from the Equality Act 2010 - Section 9 - Part 1 (A) as a genuine occupational requirement

With at least 1 year Care experience within the UK, you will have compassion and the integrity to treat people with dignity and respect. Care Certificate training is also beneficial however not critical.
