Here, we support six wonderful people aged 36 to 63 with learning disabilities, each with their own unique personality. What's in it for you? As a Relief (Bank) Worker, you'll fill in for our permanent staff during their time off, but we'll work hard to make sure your hours suit your lifestyle. The Days We Have Available This role is based on a rolling rota to help balance your work and life :
  • Week 1 : Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
  • Week 2 : Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
  • This allows for a regular yet flexible pattern of shifts, with each week offering variety and consistency. Shifts are from 9 : 30pm to 7 : 30am, and we'll do our best to accommodate your availability within this rota structure. We also plan rotas a month in advance, but there may be opportunities for additional shifts due to unexpected absences. What You'll Be Doing Each of the six people who draw on our support have their own unique interests, and your evenings will be full of engaging chats with them as you get to know them as people.   • passion for Southampton FC and rock concerts, or Susan's love of Disney films, every night brings something different.
  • Your primary role will be ensuring that everyone is comfortable and getting a good night's sleep, offering emotional reassurance when needed, and providing personal care or medication support. It's all about making sure the people who draw on our support feel safe, secure, and cared for. In addition to providing support, you'll help keep the home tidy for the morning by carrying out cleaning duties. You must be a driver with your own car to access our location, as we are not easily accessible by public transport. Are you ready to make a difference?
